Here at HotStuffClothes.com we strive to keep our customers satisfied; therefore, we work hard to keep sufficient stock for the merchandise offered on our site. Sometimes we do sell out of certain products or items. If you have placed an order for an “out of stock” product you will receive an email notification.
What credit cards do we accept?
For your convenience Hot Stuff accepts all major credit cards
including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Do you charge sales tax?
Hot Stuff is based out of New Jersey, therefore only orders that
are shipped to customers within New Jersey will not be charged
sales tax accept on accessories items for example handbags, belts
and jewelry. Constitutional guidelines for interstate commerce
state that companies are only required to collect sales tax in
states where they have business operations.
How can I track my order?
Upon submission of your order to Hot Stuff we will send an email
confirmation detailing your entire order. This email will include
a tracking code for either UPS or FedEx along with an online link
to their respective websites where you can use said tracking code
to precisely locate your shipment. If you have any difficulty
whatsoever in this process please contact our store. (See contact

How can I modify my order?
Modifications to your online order can be made at any time either
by phone or email as long as they are within the guidelines of
our return/exchange policy. Any modifications that will result
in extra shipping costs will need to be covered by the customer.
We will do our best to prevent this occurrence.
What is your privacy policy?
Hot Stuff respects your right to privacy. It is Hot Stuff's policy to obey all applicable privacies and data protection laws. This commitment reflects the value we set on earning and keeping the trust of our customers and employees. When you purchase from our online Hot Stuff store, we collect your "personal information," which means information that identifies with you personally, such as your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and credit card information. You provide this information so we can fulfill your order and have it shipped out to you. We respect your privacy by using the Verisign program to protect your information. Hot Stuff Fun Fashions and Accessories respects your privacy by not selling or sharing this information to a third party.
We also encourage our customers to sign up for our e-mail newsletters. This provides our customers with notice of online sales, new merchandise, and other store related events. At any time you have the right to add or remove your name from our e-mail list. Hot Stuff looks forward to having you as our customer.
What is your return policy?
Footwear, underwear, and bathing suits cannot be returned. All
other items that were not worn, washed, or altered in any way
and with all tags attached, may be returned within 10 days of
the date your order was shipped. The purchases of all items on
Sale, are final. Before returning any merchandise, please email
us at returns@hotstuffclothes.com.
Any unauthorized returns will be shipped back to you at the purchaser's
expense. Hotstuff Clothes does not refund shipping and handling
charges. We reserve the right to deny any exchange request, if
we suspect that the merchandise being returned has been worn,
washed, or altered.
How do I make a return/exchange?
Simply follow the instructions included with your original package
and ship your item to our Ocean City, NJ location. We recommend
that you ship your package with insurance, as we will not be responsible
for item that is lost or damaged during its return. Please include
a copy of your invoice and a brief explanation for its return.

Guidelines
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12 noon EST will begin
processing that day, and will be shipped within 48 hours pending
availability and credit verification. All orders placed after
12 noon EST will begin processing the next business day, and will
ship within 48 hours. Hot Stuff will send a confirmation email
within 48 hours, which shall include a tracking number, a link
to track your order, and a Hot Stuff order number. If for any
reason your order cannot be completed due to credit problems,
items backordered, etc
an email explaining the situation
will be sent in lieu of a confirmation email. We generally use
UPS for all deliveries; if for any reason you would prefer FedEx
or any method not listed below simply send us an email with a
short explanation and we will be happy to accommodate your request.
We are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses. Saturday delivery
is available upon request for an additional fee. Delivery time
does not include weekends or holidays.

How can I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has
been successfully processed. This email will include a UPS tracking
number (or other carrier if applicable), a link to the appropriate
tracking site, and also a Hot Stuff order number. If for any reason
you have difficulty tracking your order send Hot Stuff an email
[LINK TO EMAIL] and we will do our best to track it for you!
International Shipping Costs
We service the world!! International rates are based on numerous
factors including location, weight, cost, etc
and therefore
will need to be provided on an individual basis. Simply send us
an email (English only please) and the Hot Stuff shipping department
will respond with an exact quote within 2 business days.
Your order will be shipped internationally, but consider the following
before processing your order. Your shipping rate is not calculated
online when you place your order. You will be charged the international
shipping rate determined by the carrier (U.P.S) used by Hot Stuff.
We will send you a confirmation e-mail letting you know how much
you are being charged for and you will also receive your tracking
number so you can track your package. Customers are responsible
for paying any Customs duties and taxes in addition to international
shipping costs and price fluctuations resulting from currency
conversions. We your retailer cannot determine what these fees
will be ahead of time. Feel free to contact your local Customs
Service to understand the charges that will be applied once the
package arrives in your country. International orders are shipped
by UPS Worldwide Express and should arrive around 5-7 business
days to most countries. At this time we do not offer free shipping
